Team-Leaders Development Program

Basic managerial development program for Team-Leaders and first-line mangers. Focuses on the development of managerial role-perception, and skills such as increasing employee motivation, interpersonal communication, effective time-management and prioritizing, enhancing teamwork and more.

Mid-Management Development Program

A program for mid-level managers (Group Leaders, Section Leaders and the like) whose job is characterized by managing Team-Leaders / other managers. Focuses on themes such as advanced managerial perception, Transformational Leadership, cross-functional management and influence across the organization, managerial coaching, dealing with change and transitions and more.

Advanced Management Program

Advanced program designed for senior executives who constitute the central managrial backbone of the organization - Heads of departments / divisions and so on, or management staff. The program deals with themes such as system thinking, developing a vision and leading change, among other advanced learning activities.

Matrix Management Course

Many organizations face the need for training "horizontal" managers, who are  in charge of critical activities in the organizational value chain - Project managers, product managers, technological leaders and so on.
The Matrix Management Courses focus on the ability to influence without formal authority, effective management of interfaces and conflicts, interpersonal communication and building relationships and trust with key business partners.

Peer-Groups for Managers

Group sessions for peer-managers, based on mutual learning from individual experience, shared managerial dilemmas and the accumulative managerial knowledge within the group. Sessions are usually a complementary process to the managerial development program in which the group was formed, and acquaintanceship and trust between participants has already been established.

Role Analysis Workshop

A unique dynamic workshop which allows the participant to investigate the interplay between the various roles that he/she has fulfilled throughout their lives, and the way they affect the personal leadership style and managerial role in their work. This workshop is suited for experienced managers, as part of an advanced managerial development program or a team development process.

Team Building

Designed for teams in their early stages of forming, the main purpose of the process is to clarify the common goal, desired work processes and mutual expectations between the team members. The process then turns to building an agreed infrastructure of communication and work relations that will foster and enhance effective and synergetic teamwork.

Team Development

A process designed to promote the effectiveness of a team through self-examination of work processes, relationships and patterns that exist within the team and between the team and its environment - to identify issues that need improvement, and preserve and strengthen existing capabilities. The process is suitable for teams at all levels - from organic teams and project teams through to management teams of all kinds.

Development of Global Teams

Global teams are faced with unique challenges, arising from the variance in language, culture, and time zones as well as the physical distance which also produces mental and perceptual distance. The purpose of the team development process is breaking these barriers, creating trust, unity and a sense of partnership among team members and building the desired mechanisms of decision-making and communication that will enhance the team's effectiveness.

Global Activities

Cross-Functional and Matrix Management Courses

Many global organizations face the need for training "horizontal" managers, who are  in charge of critical activities in the organizational value chain - Project managers, product managers, technological leaders and so on.
The Cross-Functional management courses focus on the ability to influence without formal authority, effective management of interfaces and conflicts, interpersonal communication and building relationships and trust with key business partners.

Global Team Facilitation

Global teams are faced with unique challenges, arising from the variance in language, culture, and time zones as well as the physical distance which also produces mental and perceptual distance. The purpose of the process is narrowing these gaps, creating trust, unity and a sense of partnership among team members and building the desired mechanisms of decision-making and communication that will enhance the team's effectiveness.

Off-Shore Managerial Training

Management courses for managers in different locations of the global organization, for example - R&D or QA Team-Leaders in a remote site. The training takes into account the specific characteristics and challenges of managing in the site. It usually includes a detailed preparation process, facilitation workshops offshore and,  if neded - continued support and remote consultation (preferably using VC) to strengthen the learning and application.

Content-Specific
Managerial Workshops

In addition to the workshops that are part of the managerial programs, the need often arises for training of behavioral and managerial skills for wide populations in the organization. These workshops were developed based on a rich and extensive experience of consulting work with many global organizations, with constant adjustment to the characteristics of the specific organization and the participants.

Working with Interfaces and Cross-Organizational Influence

A workshop that deals with the core challenges of the Matrix-Organization. Almost every modern organization is operating in a complex mode that combines horizontal interfaces, role-partners and matrix management. Gray areas are expanding, ambiguity is growing, and managers are required to lead projects, tasks and critical processes across the organization, using a variety of techniques to influence colleagues and executives. The workshop provides skills and insights for better understanding of the organizational environment in which they operate and their own bases of power; It develops the ability of such managers to influence without formal authority, using their personal communication style, the ability to diagnose people and situations and manage conflicts successfully.

Coping with Transitions and Leading Change

In today's business environment, the only thing certain is change. Change comes in many forms and challenges the regular habits and thinking-patterns. It may perceived as a threat, but it is often a great opportunity. The workshop is especially designed for managers and executives who are experiencing or about to experience change at work. It explores the effects of change on us as individuals and helps participants in identifying their own reactions to change. In addition, they gain insights and acquire a behavioral model of how to successfully lead the change process in their units.

Effective Meetings Management

Many managers complain about "too many / ineffective meetings", although the meeting is a central managerial tool, and can serve many purposes - Delivering messages and sharing information, a way to monitor and follow-up on decisions, creative brainstorming for generating new ideas, building team cohesiveness and more. The workshop emphasizes the human side of the meeting and the facilitating role of the meeting leader - focusing on the agenda, dealing with resistances, and getting everyone involved and committed.

Giving Feedback

Providing a productive feedback is one of the most powerful tools a manager has to improve performance and effectiveness, but many managers are afraid of delivering a critical feedback, or find it difficult to convey a positive one. The workshop focuses on understanding the dynamics of the feedback session, the right preparation towards it and on skills for effective message delivery and dealing with resistances. It also provides a unique model for managing successfully the different stages of the session.

Personal Consultation

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”, said Aristotle. The personal consultation is a framework in which the manager can explore conscious and unconscious patterns of thought and action, and their influence on the leadership style and behaviour. Through this process, an opportunity emerges for finding new ways to realize the personal and managerial potential for greater effectiveness and growth.
